The Pro-Shore manhole brace system is designed to be used with proprietary trench sheets to shore up four-sided square or rectangular excavations, from 2 metres to 6 metres sheet to sheet. The manhole brace frame is fully adjustable by means of a hydraulic ram in each leg (four No. per frame).

Edge Protection Systems are designed to be used around the perimeter of excavations to provide barrier protection for excavation workers from falling debris.

Edge Safe has been designed to meet the requirements of BSEN 13374, the edge protection European/British standard. It is also a system for preventing falls from height, as required by the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

A gated ladder access platform is suitable for a variety of applications that allow it to quickly and effectively clamp to either steel trench sheets, sheet piles or box systems. It is designed to be lifted into place by an excavator from the designated lifting points, this platform allows the safe access and egress of operatives into an excavation.

The Pro-Shore davit arm rescue system is a bespoke lightweight product designed for the safe retrieval of personnel from a trench or excavation in emergency rescue situations. The davit arm retrieval system is suitable for use on both trench boxes and trench sheets with the adjustable barrel mount. Our system is intended to be used for recovery purposes only (man riding winch) but we can adapt to include a fall arrest system if you give us prior notice of this request.

Pro-Shore supplies a comprehensive range of trench sheets for ground excavation support. Trench sheets are available in a range of sections and lengths and are generally used to support the vertical faces of trenches and excavations, usually in conjunction with hydraulic walers or manhole brace frames. Trench sheets have a slinging hole in one end for ease of handling during installation and extraction and a range of accessories are available including trench sheet driving caps, quickly release shackles and extractor clamps.

Aspects of the guide will assume general competence within the field, however item specifics such as design components and the best practice for safe slinging will be comprehensively described. All lifting operations with regards to this product are to be controlled by an appointed person in accordance with BS7121 and LOLER regulations. A trench box is designed to be used as a temporary support system for trenches and other two-sided excavations. The temporary shoring box structure offers a quick and simple solution to keeping ground stability within a trench, facilitating the installation of sewer pipes and ducting and improving excavation safety.
